This colorful combination of blueberries & salmon reminded me of the months I supported recovery in the Seattle area after the landslide in Oso. I was blessed to be working with amazing recovery specialists. One way we managed the incredible heartache of the situation was with weekend explorer days. I found these fabulous hand-blown glasses at a gorgeous artist’s studio on Whidbey Island – Callahan’s Firehouse Studio & Gallery – when Pat Hayden & I visited on an “adventure Saturday” I’ll never forget!
