Scratch-Made Pizza Party

Pizza Party!
The only thing better than pizza is pizza made from scratch! Earlier this year, my friend Sally shared the 3 most important aspects for a perfect pizza party at home.
1. The Pizza Oven: The Piezano Crispy Crust Pizza Oven by Granitestone bakes a pizza perfectly in just a few minutes!
2. The Crust: The perfect recipe (below) is written on the bag of the perfect pizza flour – King Arthur 00 Pizza Flour
3. The Sauce: Must have San Marzano tomatoes!
Pizza Sauce
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 28-ounce can Sam Marzano or San Marzano style tomatoes
1 28-ounce can of boiled canned tomatoes, chopped
5 fresh tomatoes, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh lemon zest
Fresh juice of 1/2 lemon
In a pan over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Combine the remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 45 to 55 minutes.
Neapolitan Style Pizza Crust (King Arthur 00 Pizza Flour- Adapted for pizza oven)
2 cups King Arthur 00 Pizza Flour
1/8 teaspoon active dry yeast or instant yeast
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
3/4 cup lukewarm water (105-115 F)
Stir the ingredients together to make a cohesive, rough dough. Cover, and allow the dough to rise at room temperature overnight or at least 12 hours and up to 24 hours.
Divide the dough in half, shape each half into a ball, and place each into a lightly greased bowl. Cover and let rise for 45 minutes to an hour.
Transfer one dough ball to a well-floured surface, sprinkle the top with flour, and use your fingertipsto gently depress the interior of the round (leaving a thicker edge). Stretch the dough into a 10″ to 12″ circle. Repeat.
