Orange Vinaigrette with Honey & Shallots

Orange Vinaigrette with Honey & Shallots
So glad I found this great salad shaker! Having so much fun making salad dressings with fresh citrus, herbs and more!
Made this dressing for this salad with juice from 2 oranges, 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil, 3 tablespoons Champagne vinegar, 2 thinly sliced shallots, 2 tablespoons honey, a clove of garlic, and a sprinkle of freshly ground black pepper and pink Himalayan sea salt.
Oranges have lots of vitamins A and C and also calcium. Shallots provide Vitamin C and potassium.
Shake and pour and say no more!
