Dulce de Leche Tea Cakes

Today’s Pollinator Week Post: Dulce de Leche Tea Cakes
For Pollinator Week, I love to make fun foods to celebrate. This week, I’ve got donuts, pasta, salmon burgers and more on the menu!
Today’s post is Dulce de Leche tea cakes made with the Pampered Chef‘s fabulous cake mix!
These little tea cakes were so good with Norm’s Farms‘ fabulous Elderberry Jam and Maple Ridge Orchard’s Honey and clotted cream!
Make your own fresh cream using the recipe below. A couple squeezes of lemon gives it wonderful, fresh zip!
Sprinkle a few bits of lavender for color and an amazing pop of flavor!
Chantilly Cream for Tea Cakes
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
In a stand mixer or with a hand mixer, beat ingredients on high until thick enough to stand up on its own, about 8 to 10 minutes. To avoid splatter, beat on low speed until the cream begins to thicken.
