Butterfly Lavender Donuts

Get the powdered sugar shaker out for these Pollinator Week treats!
Today’s Pollinator Week Post: Lavender Butterfly Donuts made with the Pampered Chef‘s Donut mix! So good with fresh raspberries, powdered sugar and cinnamon sugar!
Pampered Chef also sells a donut mold pan for making these donuts.
You could fry these in a deep fryer, but they are just as delicious made the healthier way- baked in the oven at 350 degrees until golden brown!
I added to the batter, some bits of some of my fresh lavender from my herb garden – one of the first lavender harvests of the season! I sprinkled a few lavender buds on top of the donuts. The lavender in these photos are under my pillow case now- can’t wait for bedtime!
Raspberry Sauce
2 cups fresh raspberries
1 tablespoon sugar crystals.
Juice from 1/4 lemon
Combine the ingredients and mash the raspberries until they become a sauce. No need to get out a kettle!
