Blueberry-Sage Spritzer

A very special non-alcoholic spritzer for the birthday of one of my favorite heroes- Titanic survivor Margaret Brown!
Raising a glass of a special non-alcoholic Blueberry-Sage Spritzer to celebrate the birthday of one of my favorite heroes- Titanic survivor Margaret Brown!
Something tells me she would have loved blueberries and sage – and herbs of all kinds!
Why does Margaret Brown inspire me? Even in the most harrowing circumstances, she thought of others. She organized the women in her lifeboat to row to keep warm, and once on board the rescue ship the Carpathia, Margaret coordinated a committee to show appreciation to the ship’s captain, Captain Rostron (pictured here).
Throughout her magnificent life, there is so much more that Margaret did for women, underprivileged people and more!

In a small bowl, muddle blueberries in sugar.
