Bacon-Wrapped Kielbasa with Apple Sauce Gravy

Savory Party Bites!
I love pork chops with apple sauce, so I created an apple sauce gravy to cook into my Bacon-Wrapped Kielbasa Bites. They are the perfect savory treats with cocktails!
I baked the bacon-wrapped kielbasa bites in the oven first, and then cooked them in the apple sauce gravy in a frying pan over the stovetop for a few minutes. To make the gravy, I melted 2 tablespoons of butter and mixed in 2 cups of chunky apple sauce and half of a cup of brown sugar.
I love Mullen’s Apple Sauce because of the flavor and nice chunks of apple, especially in the chunky variety.
These hearty little bites are SO good and so quick and easy to whip up!
Bacon-Wrapped Kielbasa with Apple Sauce
1 Ring of kielbasa or a favorite pork sausage
10 Strips bacon
2 Tablespoons butter
2 Cups Chunky Apple Sauce
1/2 Cup brown sugar
Slice the sausage ring into 1-inch pieces, diagonally.
Cut bacon strips in half. Wrap each piece of sausage in a bacon strip.
Bake in 370-degree oven for 25 minutes or until bacon is crispy along the edges.
In a frying pan over the stovetop, melt butter. Add apple sauce and brown sugar; stir together. Add in sausage pieces. Make sure each sausage piece is thoroughly covered with apple sauce gravy. Cook for about 5 minutes.
